About the Role

Fresh Pond Animal Hospital, located in beautiful Belmont, MA, is seeking a Chief of Staff to lead our compassionate and skilled team. We’re a full-service, multi-doctor small animal hospital known for delivering top-tier veterinary and urgent care medicine with exceptional client service.
 
Our newly renovated facility includes a modern treatment area and offers integrative medicine options such as acupuncture, herbal therapy, food therapy, and medical manipulation (chiropractic). This role offers a unique opportunity to guide a practice that embraces both traditional and holistic approaches to care.
 
As Chief of Staff, you will play a key role in shaping the medical direction of our hospital, mentoring our veterinary team, and driving operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with a team that values communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to patient and client care.
